| ok i would accept but this is going to cost me and spending about 2kk on this isnt worth the 300k winning fee. but hey i can raid lots and get money easy but to build the guild i have an idea. here is my proposal, if everyone can chip in 50k for under lvl 50's and 100k for over lvl 50 to the guild bank. then yeh its soo on! this will build that core of the guild and start off a bank for loans and helping the lower lvl guys get higher sooner and enabling more raids for everyone. and eventually when things kick off the money can be returned tenfold with all the awesome loot from all the raiding we will be doing. everyone wins if i win that is :? and instead of being your bitch if i loose, ill put in all my finds from raids for a month into the bank for others to use as well as 2mill wacha say? | |

| hmm... sounds good but i have some questions... (1) If only like 5 members deposit lant/items to the guild and the rest are just using this system it will go to a big waist for just the 5 members who deposited. Right? //What i think we should do instead is a bank for members who want to join this system instead ofc the new ones will have an exception but at higher lvl they will have to pay it back and if they don't how about a warning at first then a kick if they don't want to pay, but that is if they want to use this system (2) Who will be the charge for the bank? //Me? someone with much online time and someone trustworthy? I think we should have 2 members who have the guild bank together and i prefer that we vote about who is going to "host" the bank ( someone with trust and quite much online time so we can buy what we want ) (3) how about the depositing? how much and how often? or shall we just give the money we get on ALL raids in one bank, instead of using "pay per toon"? //if we use "pay per toon" I think it should depend on the lvl and how much you are online. If you dont get what i mean ask me and i'll try to discribe for ya xD //Queen// | |

| Well, I have run a guild before, and I did create two banks for it as well, one for mages items and one for melee items. I suggest that we do the same thing, and create two banks. In fact, you can use the ones I was using as well, and only two people having access is smart, but why not make it three, that way the two can't just team up. Also, armor is another issue. I suggest we only pur armor that drops from mobs in the bank, and not stuff that you buy from like FOC and Theme. | |

| it sure needs some thought but it is a good idea. the guild i was in before (exodus) donated all big raid items and money to the guild bank which was hosted by the guild owner(s) and every week it was split up between all members. items were given to those who needed them, first choice went to the more active members. 4 raids a week were mandatory for all high lvl players (not per toon). people who were not active were kicked after 7 absent days, i dont think this is the way as were a much smaller guild. voluntary is the way to go, those who volunteer money will get first choice on the items. as an incentive i will put up my S1 ruinhorn sword and shield and S1 ampillo gordium armor once i reach lvl 65. first choice for these items will go to those who donate the most. these items are one of a kind nowadays and worth approximately 15-20 mill if half of this isn't raised within a certain time then it will be auctioned and the proceeds will be deposited in the bank. a raid time table needs drawing up and those attended will be documented and given lant and loot accordingly. those who don't contribute wont get kicked but less the lant haul percentage. my armor sale will give the bank a good start and also a nice bump to someone's lvl 40 - 50 toon. also other 2nd hand donations will be accepted to the bank which always means a return in future raid items. this will be tricky at first but once its up and running will pay for itself tenfold. what does this have to do with the bet you may ask? why my fronting the $ for the scheme on a loss of the bet and the rest of the guild fronting the $ if i win but to be honest this is a must scheme for any up and coming big guild, which we can be. if we all pull together we can make this soooo worthwhile as far as bank owners go... i will hold my money and items for this bet but the only people that should manage this are the guild owners and people running it, i wont deal with anything less. | |

| Okay... but the thing i am scared for is being scamed... i mean i still have some s2 itesm like monster hunter and stuff but if someone that just resently joined and just "take the items and leave" But that's a reson why i want trustworthy members and i think we should just use the bank system to people here in this forum.. atm and we do have some members with English problems oh btw i kick most members after 14 days of offline time but i have a few execptions like for Anubus and some other "have a reson" | |

| as it will mainly be people that raid that get the main loot you will in fact be getting more than a return on what they are paid. | |
